Well Not too much to say about myself. I was born in Bolivia and grew up in Maryland outside Wash DC. I came out to San Francisco when I was 18 to attend the Art Institute and study video game design.
3 years into it I finally decided it wasn't for me and I should be painting and doing art. I found myself skipping class just to paint, so if that doesn't tell me something, then I don't know what will. Anyway now I am focused on my painting career and getting some gallery shows and a portfolio by the end of the year.
I also currently work at a tattoo shop in the Haight and my goal is to start tattooing next year(2008). That's always been something I wanted to do since I was a kid and I feel that it fits me and my personality a lot.
Anyway My artwork and my paintings mainly are about death and masks(pretty dark subject matter). But thats a whole conversation and it deals a lot with how dark things can be beautiful. Negatives into positives type of thing.
