THE HOOK UP

THE HOOK UP will be like no other home makeover show that’s out there. The best way to describe it would be: home makeover shows meets original/ new age interior décor & design, but than are both introduced to the World of Entertainment.In other words we will be HOOKING UP peoples cribs and putting them and the viewers up on what’s new, what’s hot, and what’s not when it come to Life Style & Home Improvement. We will also be keeping everyone informed on what’s going on in Entertainment; while keeping the Entertainment World up on Home Improvement. And all of this will be hosted by Amaris Acosta (for more info about host go to the friends list on this page and click on her picture).Here’s how the show will play out. We will have the viewers write or email in telling THE HOOK UP about a friend or family member who has a room or space in or around their house, apartment, etc. that desperately needs a makeover.The cast will go through both the letters and emails to pick a candidate for the show. Once a candidate is chosen we will secretly get together with the person that wrote in about them and organizes an unexpected visit. This person will also be helping us with the makeover and styling ideas.After everything is set up we will pop up at their doorstep and tell them that they’ve been chosen to be on a home makeover show called THE HOOK UP and that they are going to be getting certain part of their home made over.The cast will consist of Amaris Acosta (The Host), an Interior Decorator & Designer (who will be chosen for that particular show to assist in the makeover), and co-host Charles”THA DARKNIGHT”Thompson (a freelance General Repair/ Home Improvement Contractor and the creator of the show).Sometime during the show we will get a celebrity to the work site to give us a hand and try to find out what’s going on in their world. And answer some questions that they may have for us about Home Improvement.This will be a fun, informative, and innovative show that will attract viewers both the young and old; especially those who have a love for Drama, Home Makeover shows, Home Improvement shows, and Entertainment like so much of us… PUT YOUR ABOUT ME SECTION HERE!
