I am a Texan first and foremost. (Yes, I drive a truck) I come from a German/Dutch background. Spent most of my early or formative years in Europe. I grew up listening to folk music on AM radio and had early exposure to many different types of music. I am someone who likes to watch the sun come up in the morning and listen to the crickets at nightfall. I keep my faith close to me and pray for world peace. Why can we not all just get along!! Family and friends are important to me. We all need someone to lean on sometimes. I refuse to change so someone will like me. Either accept me as I am, faults and all, or not at all. I am proud of my family. My son is 16 going on 30..lol. My first rock concert was Heart in 1982.
