The dope environment is more relaxed than perhaps a more traditional firm might be; the office is a large, open concept warehouse with polished concrete floors and floor to ceiling windows 50 feet high. A hammock and swing are in the common area as well as a fireplace. It feels more like a playground than an office - a casual, calm, and creative environment.
