Hey there myspace cadets.Don't you just love technology - what would we do without mobile phones & myspace. Bit sad isn't it.My story goes a little like this -My name is Belinda Miller I am from the Gangulu people in Central Queensland. I have 12 years Experience in Indigenous Radio and and Media and the Country Music Industry. I worked for 7 years at the Brisbane Indigenous Media Association (4 Triple A Murri Country) as Program Manager, Music Librarian and Broadcaster and then went onto Producer / Programming Consultant for the National Indigenous Radio Service.These days I have a production company with Kerry Klimm. In 2005 we created Redwave Productions which is a one stop shop for media and marketing in and for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. We have a tv/radio production house that promotes Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, peoples and organisationsRedwave Productions has developed the "Strong Community Life" campaign for the 18 Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander communities in Queensland. Each of the communities have produced a "Strong Community Life" radio show. The radio show has been a huge success, it has allowed our youth to talk about their issues, dreams, aspirations and future.
