Heroes:
LOTUS HOUSE - Mural for a non-profit organization in overtown giving shelter and releaf to homeless women who are in persuit of getting their lives back in order. The Lotus Flowers are stacked up one on top of the other with different shapes and colors to represent the key points that make up the chakra.The word chakra is Sanskrit for wheel or disk and signifies one of seven basic energy centers in the body. Each of these centers correlate to a major nerve ganglia branching forth from the spinal column. In addition, the chakras also correlate to the levels of unconsciousness, archetypal elements, developmental stages of life, colors, sounds, body functions, and much, much more.
