What Was Gained From What Was Lost

About Me

Formed in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1998 by Gabriel Coan, Mike Eul, Matt Holt and Brent Kimble. Craig Escalante joined in 2002. The band released three cds, "Continental" in 2000, "Four-letter Words" in 2002 and "What Was Gained From What Was Lost" in 2005. Continental toured the west coast a few times, and played countless shows in and around the Bay Area. In late 2007, after nearly a decade together, the band decided to call it a day. Their final show was in San Francisco CA, on November 30th 2007. For more information, a detailed performance history, reviews, interviews, etc, please visit: www.thecontinentalwebsite.com
