I am just me. I used to worry about what people thought. Do I look ok, am I cool enough, am I this or that. I learned the hard way that impressing people is definitely not the way to go. They either like you or they don't. If they don't, then you don't need them and they don't need you.Betrayal sucks. Especially when it's someone you love that betrays you. Learn from the experience and move on. No good holding a grudge. Turns you into a bitter person. Let it go and stress less.

I like all types of music but my fave would have to be Heavy Metal. Do they even call it that anymore? I don't know; but those of you that know music I'm sure understand the term. "Keep on Rockin in the Free World!!!"

Landshark's truck Van Helsing (Hugh Jackman is HOT!!), The Mummy, Mummy Returns (Ardeth Bay...mmmmm), INTERVIEW WITH A VAMPIRE, all of the Star Wars movies, good comedies, and of course most all chick flicks (I am a chick after all). Anime RULES! Have to thank Patricia for that. She turned me onto anime and I loved it.

Television:

Don't watch too much TV anymore. Kids own it. Besides, doesn't Spongebob Squarepants show up on every channel????

Books:

I ADORE reading. History, romance, mysteries, fiction, non-fiction; you name it, I will read it. I just finished reading The Da Vinci Code. I eat up books the way Pac-man ate the little white dots (Uh oh, I've given away how old I am) :)

Heroes:

Jesus Christ (a standard I could never live up to), my mom for her bluntness, my sister for her tenacity, my brother for his humor, my dad for his hard work ethic, and my teen for not being afraid to go after something she wants, good, bad or otherwise. That type of courage is hard to find. I can only hope that I exhibit even a little of the qualities I so admire in these folks.
