Braindead

The first and unique the horror-rock band from Russia, following in the creativity to traditions legendary THE MISFITS and SAMHAIN. Group BRAINDEAD has been formed in 2004 in Moscow, Russia. Young collective (consisting from 3 person: a guitar, a bass, and a drums), due to similarity in sights and tastes to music in style the horror-rock and to horror movies, mainly old times, at once was defined with the further tendency of the development. In the summer of 2005 the group began to give a live performances and now conducts active concert activity in various Moscow clubs. Also the group has written down in 2005 the first demo under the name "Invaders from Outter Space" where are distinctly traced on the one hand - influence of the above mentioned grandees foreign horror/old-school punk rock and with another - a specific sound of group, the semantic maintenance of songs which are not being simple copying MISFITS on stylistics, but also not beyond a genre. Also members of group had been thought up the conceptual image which behind doubtless and indisputable similarity to the majority of groups nowadays existing the horror-rock bands from Europe, America and Asia (in the plan of make-up, for example), nevertheless includes those elements and details which distinguish group BRAINDEAD from the other collectives, playing the horror-rock music, being as though it's "logo", "trade mark". Anyhow group BRAINDEAD is worthy to all the fans of that style of music from all world as some kind of the innovator by way of occurrence and promotions of the horror-rock, and in general everything, that to it is connected in country so far from these traditions...
