About Me

Bands are weird things, people come and go, some are all related to one another, some are always having big bust ups, some split up and get together again then split up again, some met on a bus, some at school.....but what about us?
It's probably fair to say the main "brains" behind the band is Phill and this is where it really all started when at the age of 6 he wrote his first song along with best mate Richard. Phill and Paul met at school and played in various bands together prior to Sibling (the greatest being We Wear White Socks, if not only for their name!). In the 90's the three formed Enellen, but although a management deal was secured things fizzled out and came to a natural end.
Sibling in its current form began back in the September of 1999. Phill and Paul still creating music together decided they wanted to start gigging again. A hunt for a bass player and second guitarist ensued, resulting in Chris and Jon joining the band.
Unfortunately after four years with the band Paul moved on to pastures new and after much ado we met Tom fresh from the Nexus Academy (Coventry). Tom left the band in April 2006 to get married (ahhhhhh....) and so we are currently on the look out for a new drummer!
