About Me

So where do I begin... I've played in several projects and a few bands throughout the years. I took a 5 year break. I'm not sure if it was a break from music or dried up inspiration. Probably both. Moving back to El Paso, I've ran into old friends that are still writing great music and have strong inspiration. There has been new and younger talents that have impressed me considerably that it just kicked me in the ass to write again. There is definately good talent in El Paso and Las Cruces. The years have definately gone by and I seem to be writing about different subjects. Things that are personal and also subjects of a theological point of view. Nevertheless, there will always be something to sing about...

Band Members: I have occasional musicians (friends or family) sit in on some of the recordings. Manny Molina plays acoustic guitar and my brother Anthony plays drums. Steve G. sits in on guitar and backup vocals while Steve N. plays bass on "On This Day" (acoustic version).
Influences: I have many influences. People in music and the people in my life. As far as musicians go: local talent, indie bands, bigger bands of the past and present. One that will always be an undying inspiration will be The Beatles. John Lennon and George Harrison are some heroes of mine. My family and friends play an important role. The everyday interactions always brings great joys to sing about as well as pains. World news also influence point of view and the direction one will take on a song.
