Tony Anderson was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pa., home of the Liberty Bell and the best cheesesteak you can find! While he was at Delaware State University, Tony realized he wanted to help people understand what's going on in the world around them, so he majored in Broadcast Journalism.
Tony joins Channel One from BET where he had the opportunity to interview political figures and actors, including Howard Dean and Chris Tucker.
In his spare time, Tony enjoys working out, playing basketball in the park, and watching professional football with friends.

Clearwater Beach, Fla.-native Jessica Kumari cultivated a passion for news as a student at Georgetown University. There, she joined the campus TV station and earned the skills that helped her land an internship in talk radio.
After graduation, Jessica moved to New York City and joined the NBC Page Program before serving as a production assistant for "Nightly News with Brian Williams."
Jessica then switched gears to sharpen her reporting skills at Cablevision's News 12, where she shot, edited and wrote all of her own stories for "The Bronx" and "Brooklyn" broadcasts.
Off the air, you'll likely spot Jessica running, hanging out with her friends or curled up with a good book.

Journalism has always been a part of Chris Browne's life. He fondly remembers his father, a former producer and news executive, telling him stories about the good old days of television news...and he has been hooked ever since.
Chris comes to Channel One from CNN, where he worked as an assignment editor and field producer. Before starting his career in journalism, Chris studied English literature and Latin American Studies at Princeton University. While at Princeton, Chris played defensive end on the football team.
Chris is passionate about reporting stories from an international perspective and hopes to one day put his Spanish language skills to work while covering Latin America.
Chris lives in New York. He loves traveling and coming to work every day.
