SHORTS ON THE LINE is a short films/video/clip competition for anyone to enter. Whether you're professional, student or amature... it's irrelivent!! All submitted works are judged on their entertainment value, not their film making merits.
So whether its a multi-million dollar project or a simple webcam recording, nothing matters except for its ability to make us laugh and/or cry (depending on it's intent).
