My Interests

Feeling ALIVE! Through fear, physical pain and achievment, emotional pain and elation, thought, learning, reflection. Many things make you feel alive.FEEL it! KNOW it! Appreciate it!I am a risk taker! I like to do physically demanding and dangerous activities e.g. SCUBA, Climbing, Canyoning, Multi-pitch Abseiling, Multi-night Hiking, Juggling, Fire Breathing/Twirling, Conditioning. Music makes my world bounce. Big Day Out, music festivals, gigs. See below in Music for an overview. I am involved in Rovers. F-ing Yeah! F-ing Hell Yeah! Where I get up to a hell of alot of mischief. But we also do a great deal of service. I am currently undertaking part of my BP. I am incredibly intrigued about philosophy, the nature of thought, the value of thought, the application of thought and so on. I would like to learn more about the humanities; English, Art, Ancient/Modern History, Society and Culture and the wholistic interaction all have with one another over time. Also the sciences; Biology/Ecology, (the human body), Chemistry/Bio-Chem, Physics/Astro-Quantum, Nano-Tech.

I'd like to meet:

Miss August 1968!! The people of history I would like to meet: Socrates and Aristotle, for they layed the foundations of what we refer to today as Western Philosophy. Douglas Mawson, for his inspirational endurance and survival (both physically and psychologically) through unknown unprecedented environment. Gandhi, for he was a great pacifist, who fought without violence. He was assasinated for his beliefs. Bob Marley, for he was a tough warrior in the pursuit of peace and love. He was shot in an attempted assasination but died of melanoma cancer in his toe. David Attenborough, for his well noted contribution to the understanding of the natural world. What wouldn't I know if it weren't for his documentaries. There would be a great list indeed if I were to continue. Contributers to the humanities, sciences, physical feats, philoshpy and spiritual guiders. People of positive influence. I would like to add some women to my list.
