XLNT Marc's life is a constant journey...
During the whole 90-ties there were no clubs, premiers or galas that didn't have his name on their guest lists. -Party animal was an understatement!
The former model XLNT Marc, with his flamboyant look chocked the Swedish magazines & TV-shows, where he was very frequently spotted.His first CD- single, the cover version of Yazoo's "Don't Go" (Alpha Records) was released in 1993, produced by T.O.E.C (Human League, Ace of Base, Pandora among others)
XLNT Marc was then signed to Arcade / CNR where he released two more singles in 1995 ( “Lover & Man†& “ Fakeâ€) with the same producers.This was during the "Euro-Disco era" and he was touring around Sweden and some other countries in Europe, both alone and sometimes with his (still) close friend Leila K and others.The music industry in Sweden was crazy at this time, and XLNT Marc lost his inspiration with the industry & music for several years to come.Thus during this time, his was frequently hosting galas and various events, had several clubs both alone & with his "sister" La Camilla (Army of Lovers) in Stockholm and in some other places in Sweden.
One day, XLNT Marc decided to take a "time-out" from the spotlight, so overnight he stopped doing interviews, said no to every TV or radio show and was invisible for a long time -media wise that is.Knowing everybody in the showbiz in Sweden, XLNT Marc started instead to work "behind the scenesâ€, helping not only TV producers and TV commercial producers but also artists and record companies, with promos and to make acts for the artists, this was something the he really enjoyed doing.
NOW XLNT MARC IS BACK!!! -Stronger and hungrier than ever!
Now travelling between Moscow, Milan & London for work & recordings, he's not seen as much in Sweden nowdays
He is basiclly in Stockholm for recordings only.A part from his solo career, he has a project with Clifford , (who has written Sinner, Into The Sun & Close on this page) and Magoria . He has also been writing some material together with Clubland's singer Zemya Hamilton , which will be recorded soon.
During 2006 & 2007 XLNT Marc mostly been travelling, California, Moscow, Mexico City, and around Europe + the Baltics.I would like to do everything from Punk, Electro house, Disco to the slower tunes I've added on this page, XLNT Marc says. Always open to co-ops -Don't hesitate to ask!
