What I do...
I design and install home theater systems, surround sound, multi-room audio, security, digital-networked telephone systems, and home automation controls. Lately I have begun setting up Pro-audio systems for parties and events, and will soon be launching a whole series of free events around san diego with the help of various promotional groups. I currently work for Kiwi Audio/Visual in san diego. I started out in mobile/marine audio in Houston TX back in 1998, so I have plenty of experience in electronics ranging from cars, boats, residential, pro, and commercial. This experience over the years turned into a passion for 'audio perfection' and caused me to begin learning about the recording arts. I recently finished putting together a private production/recording studio, and have been spending all my free time learning and creating. I have been DJ-ing for over six years, and I mix all forms of house music. I started out spinning NRG/hard-trance/epic, then moved on to ambient/melodic trance, then Deep House, then vocal/Euro House, and am now learning everything I can about Electro (the dirty stuff). I love mixing and blending, and never even tried learning to scratch. I have always been a sucker for that three minute mix! I recently decided to start spinning CD's seeing as how a single on vinyl is around 12 dollars, while a single on mp3 is around 99 cents... I figured a couple grand in CD turntables saves me thousands in the years to come. Will be uploading pix of the new gear soon as well as some new mixes and tracks i've been working on.
