About Me

..

hmm, Let's see... I've seen more of Europe than my own country, and to be honest I hope to keep it that way. Besides, most anything that is anything in the USA is happening in NYC or Hell-A. I've moved to more than five major cities since I was 18 and I still have yet to become ready and settle down yet. I actually do not live anywhere for more than two years at a time. It all started with Los Angeles (which is kinda home base, but not exactly home) to the Bay Area to Madrid, Spain and then back to the Bay and then to San Francisco and then back to LA and then to Oslo, Norway, where my liver got whipped into some serious shape. Thank you Norwegians, you crazy vikings you. I am back in LA finishing up my Masters and figuring out a way to satisfy my insatiable wanderlust by looking for a way to expat again. Hoping to be out of AmeriKKKa by 2008, because call be a cynic, but I don't think I can handle another election.
I want to see more green on this map!

My Interests

traveling (and lots of it. I travel on a budget and I'm not afraid to do it alone and sleep in hostels or random people's couches ., drag queens, drunk dialing, high heels, fishnets, wandering with no particular place in mind, dancing to 80s music, cutting off terrorist mobiles aka SUVs,
, indie films, boys with funny accents, Scandinavian boys, having strange converstations with taxi drivers, wishing I was living in Madrid again, dark coffee, hard liquor, cheap wine, trashy make-up, hangover cures, international politics and history, trying to be an expat again, chipped nail polish, Bloody Marys, Spain, Norway, Bust Magazine, riding on motorcycles, Spanish language, journaling my neurotic thoughts, corsets, Eastern Europe, Thailand, pill popping, kittens, garden gnomes, martinis, Norwegian sunsets

I'd like to meet:

People around the world who are willing to let me crash on their couch whenever I am causing mischief in their town.
Please do not add me if I don't know you in real life or if we have not established a prior connection. I move and travel a lot, thus I am always meeting amazing people from around the world. I am just trying to use this site as a means to keep in touch with people that I already know. If you were on my friends list before and I deleted you, please do not take offense. Bands, please do not add me. If I like a band than I probably already added you.

No wonder you and London will get along so well. What City Do You Belong In?

Which continent do I really belong on?
