LOVE comedy like Dodgeball, The Three Amigos, Anchorman (see headline), Young Frankenstein, Old School, Zoolander, suspense movies such as se7en, The Gift, Identity, Fallen, drama/action like True Romance, The Pianist, The Professional . . .NOT into "chic flics", except for The Notebook. My son made me watch it and it was pretty good. My favorite movie of all time is Aliens. ALIENS, not Alien. . . My second all-time fave movie is Predator.
The Office, Dexter (on Showtime--he's a forensic pathologist in Miami, but he's also a serial killer!!)King of Queens, Lost, The Colbert Report and Family Feud. Past favorites include Designing Women and Seinfeld. (i only Tivo the shows I wanna see so when I actually get a few minutes to sit down, I've got something entertaining to watch). I *AM* so goddam special just cuz i have tivo~~
The Vampire LeStat, Victoria Holt novels (historical romance), Where the Red Fern Grows. . .too busy to read much the last few years, which is sad. My life has been enriched in a way not possible without books. Reading to a child is the most empowering and important gift a parent can bestow upon a child.
