I am a transplant from New Orleans, now living in the western burbs of Chicago. I moved here 19 years ago and I still hate the cold. My brother moved up here after Hurricane Katrina. I'm no longer in good shape for my age. I had a brain tumor removed in Oct. of 2007. I now have a hole in my head!!! Don't worry, I don't look messed up, I just have a constant headache. I have an advanced degree and a professional position. I also play folk guitar on the weekends.
