I started singing in 1992, was part of several bands (In Memoria being the most noticeable), moved to Northern Ireland in 1998 for one year, met there some really nice people.
This played a great role in my subsequent life.
I started being part of, and organizing, fetischist performances from 1999 to 2002, driven by a need to be on stage as well as an urge to get a good whippin'. I called the project "Oecuménique", and worked with several performers and associations. Mathilde Rey came really quicky into the band, along with Ludovic Hartmann.
I started then to set up more artistic orientated performances, still working with Oecuménique, which had been joined by Aniruddha Kudalkar.
We explored new universes together, graced by his installations and visions! ;)
Finally, I couldn't stand not making music anymore. I got a computer and started composing. Blue Cat was born from this primal chaos.
I managed somehow to bribe good musicians into it, which helped me a lot ;)
After a few years of work and loads of pressure on three different bass players (Entonie, David and Claude), Blue Cat's going fine and I'm working on two other artistic projects, a remix of DJ Freak with DJ Elvira, and the music of la Fée Cabossée's next show. That'll be worth seeing and hearing I tell ya!
Apart from thhat I work regularly with Monsterlune, and other alternative designers.
I wish to thank Manu, Fred and Vincent (and the others!), whom I rarely credit and who took so many nice pictures of our different shows, by the way!
