I Love Truth. Honesty is what moves me in this world. I look for passion and passionate people. Life is something to be found in everything and I appreciate people who share that view with me.
I live in the fast lane. I love action, risk, and competition. I'm spontaneous, enthusiastic, and persuasive.
I resent rules ... as well as people's attempts to control me! I am a person of great enthusiasm - easily excited by many things.
I'm unsatisfied by the ordinary; I am reaching for an epic, extraordinary life. I want the best. The best life. The best love. The best reputation.
I posses a sharp and keen intellect. My mind is my primary weapon. I am strong-willed, nothing can keep me down. My energy can break down any wall! I'm an instantly passionate person.
At my worst, I am a narcissist. Full of myself and even proud of my faults. Stubborn and opinionated, I know what I think is right. End of discussion. Sometimes I am a bit of a misanthrope.

You are the World

Completion, Good Reward.

The World is the final card of the Major Arcana, and as such represents saturnian energies, time, and completion.

The World card pictures a dancer in a Yoni (sometimes made of laurel leaves). The Yoni symbolizes the great Mother, the cervix through which everything is born, and also the doorway to the next life after death. It is indicative of a complete circle. Everything is finally coming together, successfully and at last. You will get that Ph.D. you've been working for years to complete, graduate at long last, marry after a long engagement, or finish that huge project. This card is not for little ends, but for big ones, important ones, ones that come with well earned cheers and acknowledgements. Your hard work, knowledge, wisdom, patience, etc, will absolutely pay-off; you've done everything right.

Music, painting/drawing, animals, reading, watching football with my buds, flowers and growing stuff, swimming & running, dancing, watching TONS of movies, history, learning about new cultures (my faves are Ireland & Japan)... and that's all I can think of right now...

Ummm... someone whose moral fibers aren't so thin that I could floss my teeth with them! A friend who is loyal and intelligent... someone who I can respect and who can respect me back. A friend who is down for some wacky-ass fun! Basically someone with a little substance please!!

Also, Leonardo Da Vinci, Degas... more to follow later when I can think straight.

..

Music:

Ben Harper, Weezer, Rise Against, Strung Out, The Ataris, AFI, No Use For A Name, NOFX, Lagwagon, Flogging Molly, Modest Mouse, Alkaline Trio, there are so many to list... how could I possibly fit them all here? I gotta have my punk... "Let's Talk About Feelings" by Lagwagon is one of my many fave albums. But I really like a lot of everything... ev-er-y-thing.

Movies:

TAKE THE LEAD w/Antonio Banderas was a really enjoyable inner-city, troubled-youth-makes-a-turn-around tale... great choreography btw.

Besides that... shucks, there are too many to type and I am too lazy to make a list but I'll try to remember a few...

All the good romantic comedies (which is such a bogus catagory because they are more often a drama and far from comedy, but I still love them.) in which the good guy triumphs and the witty girl gets the life of her dreams. The Lethal Weapon Series, The Rocky's (except the last one), all of Kevin Smith's movies (Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back is freakin' hilarious!), anything with Pauly Shore, My Cousin Vinnie... more later.

Television:

I hate TV and I really try not to watch it... but when I do, I love to watch the Discovery Channel, HGTV, the Food Network,Comedy Central...Mencia & South Park... American Idol is one of my guilty pleasures and I really like the UFC reality show, Maximum Exposure, The Daily Show for all my news needs...

oh yes... and how can I forget...

***American Chopper*** "SHUT IT!" I love those guys! Paul Sr. RULES!!

Books:

I love Harry Potter!! (yes... dorkie, I know.) And some Maeve Binchy always makes me want to move to a little cottage in a quaint Irish village and live the simple life :))

Banana Yoshimoto is also pretty interesting if you like some strange short stories... ummmm... Ayn Rand is a good deep, philosophical read if you're in the mood for that kind of thing; Atlas Shrugged and The Fountainhead are some classics.

Read a cool one recently, Meditation as Medication, very inspiring. ANYTHING on natural health approaches and alternative medicine. I just eat those right up!

Lorna Landvik writes about some cool Nordic women and more cool towns that make you wish you lived there... again, too many to list here! Yeah, I guess I'm kind of a bookworm. :)

Heroes:

Anyone who dedicates their life to being a good person and treating others with consideration, kindness and compassion... not many people do that anymore. :)
