About Me

They started as informal cast parties and then took a life of their own. Now we invite you to join the Cabaret Party -- meet fellow artists, singers, and performers, and meet the patrons who support our art! Most importantly, sit back with a nice glass of wine and just enjoy the atmosphere. It’s the arts community at its best.
Just come on down to the party, find Luerne with the clipboard, and steal the spotlight.
Some tips:
Arrive early. The earlier you get on the clipboard, the better chances you have of singing all of your songs.
Memorize your music! Make it a performance -- how often do you get to perform like this? If you must use music, please have a second copy for Jason.
Have your music ready. Jason’s brilliant, but since he’s playing for four hours (or more), no transpositions-on-the-fly, please.
Truck in all of your music. We’ll have ways to label your books if you need to, and you’ll want to have access to all your obscure and crazy songs when we start the Schmedley. What’s the Schmedley, you ask? You’ll have to show up to find out!
Bring a camera. You’ll run into people you haven’t seen in ages.
Bring cash, please... We can only take cash at the door ($12 regular / $10 industry). Orlando Shakespeare has a wine/beer cash-only bar available.br
