EDDIE V

EDDIE V was born on April 7th, 1978 in Rome, Italy. When he was five years old Eddie started playing Piano, and to many's surprise, taking tae-kwon-do lessons. When he became 15, he joined a band and begun to play bass. Soon he greatly improved. In the 1997 Eddie started play in different projects, recording and touring for Entertainment Agencies all over Italy with the Gnometto Band. Between 1998 and the 2001 Eddie has kept on participating in various cooperation’s with groups (Formalina, Dmg, La Cerchia, Vigna Massive, Mucca Macca), artists (Danilo Molinari, Walter Mohr, Dan Koch, and Recording Studios (Bixio, Cemsa, Zasco Lab, C.I.L.O). Eddie started to improve himself to play by a singular technique of "slapping" in different music styles from Progressive to Pop. In the 2002, straight after the army, Eddie decide to move away from Rome and he fly in Sydney, Australia. in the 2003 he begun the bass player of High Stakes, an Hard Rock band produced by Vanda (Ac-Dc) and Bonza Record. In the 2005 the band recorded the single "High Stakes" been play 3 Australian Tours, from Queensland to South Australia, touring and play in stages with band like the Angels, Gang jangle, Angry Anderson(Rose Tattoo), Jimmy Little, Mental as Anything, Living End, 28Days... In Australia Eddie realized collaboration in the album "Perica" by Produced by StoNaSat recorded at the decibel Studios in Sydney; in the sometime he join another "side" project, playing workshops with an Iraq's band called Azadoota, where he tested the latin/mediterraneum sound. He’s moved around the world (Usa, Uk, Europe, Asia and Australia). In December 2006 he moved to London where he perused Kyrbgrinder (J. James is the drummer/singer and leader, voted Best European drummer from the 2004 to 2007 by the classic Rock Society) London's contemporary Heavy Rock/Metal Trio, signed to metal label MAUSOLEUM Records in December '06 are to release their debut single 'My Heart Bleeds' from their forthcoming album ' Defiance' in April '07. Eddie has done over 150 gigs with some high profile festivals included in their line up, The BullDog Bash Bikers Festival, Bloodstock, Rocking Beer Fest performing and sharing the stage with band such as Orange Goblin, Status Quo, Trash light Vision, In Me, Exit 10, Ghost of a Thousand.. He played the 37 gigs Nationwide tour April - May and another from Sept - Nov, organised by Rock off tours, sponsored by Big Cheese and Planet Loud in association with Uk Unsigned Rock & Redhill Takeover. Today Kyrbgrinder are working to begun one of the solid colons of the European Music.
2008 Eddie is back in Rome, Italy. After an awesome time play with J. James, one of the best drummer-composer in the world, Eddie is looking for an Italian/European contract deal and other million gigs to do!Today Eddie is working as Composer/arranger by Distinguo Production to create music for the move "Apice". The days after the agony! Eddie V is back town, and one of the best meeting he had was few weeks ago with Mad Dog, a Trash band born years ago in his own town by an idea of few friends. Today 2/08 Eddie is already part of this prodjet, and as usually he have to cool down his volume...could be dangerous!
