About Me

i thought i knew alot abt myself but recently found out maybe i don't. i am on a journey of self-knowledge that i hope will never end. in generalities- i am a newly divorced business owner, music lover, book addict and self-analyzer. i am honest(to a fault), stubborn and emotional. i am shy and often times self-deprecating (working on that- to me its just being honest). i am curious to explore polyamory (Polyamory is the desire, practice, or acceptance of having more than one loving, intimate relationship at a time with full knowledge and consent by everyone involved. Polyamorous perspectives differ from monogamous perspectives, in that they respect a partner's wish to have second or further meaningful relationships and to accommodate these alongside their existing relationships.)since 11yrs of marriage has proved it is not for me. i don't beleive there is just one soul-mate out there- i am convinced there are many... i am a pessimest (like eyore) but am training myself to be more positive. i have learned to be careful what you ask of the universe- it has a hell of a sense of humor...

(i have a little addiction to courttv-shhh... its a secret! forensic file fridays rock!) i love my tevo.. how did i ever survive without it? the daily show, that 70's show, my name is earl...house (god i love that man...) i watch way more than i should but i do my cross stitch or knit or read at the same time so don't judge me to harshly....

Books:

henry miller, anais nin, richard adams, john fante, dh lawrence, ann rice, stephen king, poppy z. brite, Gone w/ the Wind, Grimms fairy tales, robert jorden, any and all true crime novels (ann rules are best though), william goldman, and "pulp" fiction that simply fills in time til i can read smthg astounding again.

dance wkend recap...

first off let me say i did NOT like vail or avon at all. yuppies aren't exactly "my people". and yet... kan'nal was amazing- of course i have been missing them desperatly and it was so wonderful...
