The Birth:
Set Authority was formed in Jackson Heights, Queens by front man (lyricist) ToNe and Andy (guitarist). After the trials and tribulations with their own solo projects and other bands they decided to join together to construct what now has become the beginning of a movement in order to bring real and raw music back into the lime light, by combining their specialties in the Rap and Rock genres.
Soon after ToNe & Andy began developing the band, additional members were in need to complete to what is now Set Authority. Slik dA Relic, a vet in the Hip Hop genre, brings that additional element to the group by providing those extra effects to the sound of Set Authority. UnKLe BeN (bass guitar/ addtn’l vocals), who is multi-musically talented in his own right, brings plenty of creativity which compliments the kind of music Set Authority produces. The drummer, Eazy, who is fierce and energetic and not to mention exceptionally talented is the essential link to complete this band.
The Reason:
In the short span of existence, Set Authority is already bringing more than a decade of experience musically between all the members. Their sound and creativity is absolutely amazing and will definitely not go unnoticed.
Just watch out, because they are going to bring fire to the music industry!
