Hi Mom!

It all began when sohardsosuck and drain felt unhappy having their own projects separately. They were old friends who never have the chance to jam and collaborate their sounds intentionally. When they finally have the chance to form a group, k (previously joined sometimes perfection is nothing, one of surabaya's rock band) joined the project by sohardsosuck's invitation and brought new ideas in their previous concepts. Having the goal of having a band that more or less sounded as newborn-mew, they finally found their own crunchy blend of boss' overdrive sound. "We don't sound like mew at all, but we enjoy it this way!", said k. The band finally reach their seventh heaven when mery came up. They then officially established their new band as hi mom! So here we are, ready to tickle your ears with the sound we have. So we agreed to label ourselves as alternative rock band, but do believe your ears with the melody we produce.. (our friends said it don't sound like alternative at all) olololol.
