C’est en 1996 qu’Axel fit ses débuts sur une radio locale liégeoise (RRFM). A cette époque, son style était plutôt orienté « Trance », « House », et un petit peu « Techno ». Il obtiendra ses propres émissions durant trois années. C’est là qu’il rencontre Dj Erick, annimateur également là-bas, qui lui donnera goût à cette musique et l’aidera à s’installer dans le milieu nocturne au sein de sa ville. Il commençat à jouer un peu partout à Liège et obtiendra une résidence au café-club H2O (Avroy). A force de fréquenter des gens un peu différents dans le milieu, Axel commençat à s’intéresser plus particulièrement au style « Techno » proprement dit lorsquil rencontrera Dj Xentrix, sa façon de jouer derrière les platines et son style correspondait mieux à ses attentes…Il commençat alors à tourner un peu partout, notamment à La Chappelle (Liège) et aux premières soirées « Forest Rave » (Montenau). Il prit goût à cela et restera calé sur ce style durant tout le reste de son parcours Dj. Bien après cela, vers 2004, Axel commençat à s’intéresser à la composition, il fit ses premiers pas sur une station de travail Yamaha RS7000, à lépoque cela lui convenait largement, mais bien vite il se rendit compte que les besoins étaient limités…Il s’orientat alors vers la MAO, solution sur laquelle il travaille toujours à l’heure actuelle, ne cessant pas d’évoluer. Il réalisera quelques compositions pour lui et ses amis, notament en collaboration avec sa compagne Dj Miss Ka-rine, avec laquelle il évolue toujours. En 2007, Axel commencera une collaboration avec Michaël Manteca (Studio 69). C’est avec ce dernier qu’il va vraiment accrocher le plus. Ils créeront à leur deux Dezax & K, un projet assez prometteur sur lequel ils s’occuperont de leurs compos, Dj sets et lives… Son association avec Michaël Manteca lui a donné confiance en lui et le fera encore évoluer dans le domaine des réalisations beaucoup plus prometteuses…It was in 1996 that Axel made his debut on a local radio Liege (RRFM). He will perform a few compositions for himself and his friends, especially in collaboration with his companion Dj Miss Ka-rine, with whom he still evolving. In 2007, Axel begin a collaboration with Michael Manteca (Studio 69). It is with the latter that will really hang most.
