The Designers is a new project achieved by 2 Belgian artists active on the Electronic scene of Belgium: Daito and Mr Hardy.
This collaboration brings back particular sound and style to the House scene. Their also bring their personal "touch" in their sets of 4 decks and 2 mixing tables. The most important desire of this alliance is first of all to make the crowd moves. The Designers are offering an eclectic and elegant style of House music with electro-disco connotations.
--- DAITO ---
is born in 1984. He starts really soon and begins by playing techno hardgroove with some influences like AO Umek, Igniacio, Sharpside, ...
Year after year, his tastes are changing to finally end up to House meanwhile he develops a scratch technique close to those of DMC Dj's. Daito is also involved in the concept "Eletronical feedbacks".
His sets already have been heard at Luxus, Phoenix, St Hadelin's festival (I & II), Green & Subculture parties, Forge Base & Color Café, at Bunker (Vielsalm), Tokyo's Garden, and on Radio Station Equinoxe.
--- EUROTRASHMAN ---
Mr Hardy is born in 1982 in a musician's family. Since his early youth, he is then surrounded by Music. At the age of 7, he's already running around in his father's studio. In 1999, the family's tradition is rejoining him and he discovers the world of music: composing and rendering.
In 2001 he creates a hardcore band called "smaling". It is first musical adventure that will lead him at the final of the "court-circuit" contest. The group of friends will split in 2003. Then he tries deejaying under the pseudonym "Eurotrashman". From encounter to encounter, he meets Dj Baz (Dj and organizer of events from his town) who has under his belt well-known events such as Warner Bass, Volume, Hydra,... This new meeting opens new opportunities for Eurotrashman. After some friend's parties, he gets a residence for Warner Bass parties next to artists like Dj System-D, Baron, Shy Fx, Dj Hype, TC, Murdock, Subfocus, Millenium Crew, MC Jamalsky,...
Achieving his goals, Eurotrashman aka Mr Hardy putted aside his Drum and Bass influences to incorporate the house music with Daito.
