The Square - Harlow
SquareOne took over the running over The Square in July 2008. The Square is a 280 capacity venue in Harlow, Essex. The Square can boast many great achievements in its 30 years, and many of the acts who have played The Square are listed on the left. SquareOne is run by a group of 5 people, who met each other during various times at The Square, and fought long and hard to secure the venue after notice was given by the previous managers that they were to vacate the premises.
Since taking over in July 08, The Square has already hosted Wilko Johnson, Johnny Truant, The Worldonfire, Chas N Dave, The Grits, Newtown Neurotics, Yeti, Imperial Leisure, Paige, Eddie & The Hot Rods, Trio Valore, Little Man Tate, Iglu & Hartly, The Kings Blues, Tribute Bands - Whos Whos, The Small Fakers, Rebel Truce, and Comedians including Omid Djalili and a whole lote more! The Square Is Open To The Public 4 Nights A Week: Thursdays
Various club nights run on Thursdays, the most popular being Pressure Drop. From January 2009, The Rock Contest will run on Thursdays. Fridays
Gigs run from 8pm - 11:30pm

Gigs run from 8pm - 1am Sundays
Various monthly nights including Comedy (First week), Open Mic (Second), Blues Jam (Third), Quiz (Fourth). Jazz nights are being launched soon.
