Fig.Mutant has teamed up with award winning producer Joey T, who won the Nine Inch Nails remix competition for a remix of the song 'Only.' Together they created the legendary underground album 'On My Mind.' This CD was popularized because of its versatility and features the number one alternative Hip Hop song in the world 'If These Walls.' Fig started getting buzz around the Mixed Martial Arts world. After performing at the 2006 Maxim Magazine New Years party, Fig.Mutant started working on new music. In between touring in 2007, Fig created custom music for the UFC Fighter Mike Swick. His song 'Burn' caught the attention of MMA magazines MMA Sport and FIGHT! Magazine. This song will also be featured on the No Holds Barred Sirius radio show. His national exposure led Fig to winning the 2006 Modesto Area Music Award for best Hip Hop artist in the Central Valley. Fig.Mutant is currently working with film/reality show producer Noah Mathers (The Ultimate Fighter season 1 show) to create a music video for the song 'Burn.' His diversity and uncanny performances lead him to share the stage with national artists inlcluding: Naughty by Nature, Blue October, Coolio, Digital Underground, Living Legends, Hieroglyphics, Krs One, and Visionaries. Fig.Mutant is currently working with other professional fighters on making custom music for them, including entrance music.
