Cyboresis

Cyboresis is a one-man band, and also the new name of Hybrid Xenomorph Predator (HXP) .My name is Johan and I live in Belgium. I started making my own music in the late 90's, only with a bassguitar and a drummachine.I quickly started to involve pc,and so it was just me teaming up with a computer. I don't use guitars,only bassguitar with (al lot of) distortion, to give an extra dimension to the sound.The idea of using bassguitar only comes from good friends of me, the goregrindband Confessions Of Obscurity. I worked from 1998 til 2005 under the name HXP, then I took a break in making music due to new studies I've started.In 2006 I started again,but I was so unsatisfied with this name,so I changed it to Cyboresis. This comes from the word cyborg & Nemesis (name of a karacter in the movie Resident Evil:Apocalypse).My goal is to combine rough grindcore with harsh electronics to create a devastating sound.This style of music might not be everybodies cup of tea,but what do I care?It's my cup and that's all that's important...Influences come from old grindcore like Napalm Death,Carcass,Brutal truth(yes!!!),Defecation,Terrorizer and breakcore,industrial noise,speedcore...Anyway,just listen and have fun with it!(if you can,gnagnagna...)
