About Me

Singer/songwriter Katie Nelson has a passion for sharing Gods Word through song. It is her goal to leave worshippers with their eyes focused on Jesus. With her full, rich voice, she has been leading others in joyful worship for 6 years. Living in Wisconsin, Katie travels for womens retreats, camps, churches, coffeehouses and special events sharing self-penned songs full of faith, hope and love.
Katie Nelson's music captures the beauty and vibrancy of a life lived in desperate pursuit of God. The notes and melodies refresh the spirit. Her songs come from the depth of her life experiences, but always look forward to a better understanding of who Jesus Christ really is. Each song is approachable and genuine. The spirit of Christianity that exudes from "Do You Know Who He Is?" is anything but forced. It has incredible potential to both strengthen the body of believers and attract everyone else to the loving and powerful person of Jesus Christ.
