The American Red Cross Egon Gerson Service Center is dedicated to serving Grand, Lake and Summit Counties in the mountains of Colorado. The "Be Red Cross Ready" program focuses on preparing individuals, families, and the community as a whole for disasters and emergencies through three action steps: Get a Kit, Make a Plan, and Be Informed. By engaging the community through local events and presentations, the American Red Cross hopes to make Colorado the most prepared state in the country.
