I'd like to meet Al Pacino. He is so graceful and fluid in his acting. He seems to be a gentle man and real human being. Betty Page, she broke the rules and I love a rule breaker. Naughty girl! Sid Barret, the lost founder of Pink Floyd. The drugs can enhance your view, but as we all know, they often break your vision, your dream, leaving you lost inside the space you call self. Luis Royo, what a delicious, visionary artist. What a dark landscape his subjects inhabit. Anne McAffery, the dragonlady of Pern, books that helped me through that tumultous time called adolecence, to many hormones, vivid imagination...could have been trouble. Wait, was trouble. I'd like to meet Gandolf, Bilbo and see Smaug. Jungian archetypes, yet fleshed out by Tolkien to be friends for a lifetime, and Peter Jackson, I swear he sees them just like I do. I would like to meet Adrien Brody. I recently saw the Pianist and how that film hurt. You know, the kind of film that takes your vision of your fellow humans to a point that you don't want to see, yet you know it's real. It is what has happened and is happening, everyday that goes by. Brody went above and beyond to create that man, to paint him for us. What price for him to bring that reality to us? On a lighter note, I'd like to meet Daniel Radcliffe, Olivia (artist), Robert DeNiro, LL Cool J, Duran Duran, Robert Jordan (author), Luis Armstrong, Benny Goodman, Morgan Freeman, Jim Morrison, e.e. cummings, George Clooney, Robert Browning (poet), Lord Byron, Walter Farley, Sylvia Plachy (photographer), Anthony Kedis, Stevie Nicks, Rosa Parks, the various authors that wrote the Old Testament, Man o War, Seabiscuit, and Smarty Jones.

Everything, all of it, all the time! Right now I am enjoying a great deal of Deep Forest and other "world music" but I love to shake my ass to a great beat. Of course Warsaw is high on the list, they are so all over the board, some great Irish tunes, some funky ska and a blast of power with some punk. They have a fantastic live show and the charisma of all the band members shine through the smoke at the Summit. I currently have Crystal Method in the cd player along with Euge Groove, 70's super ballads, Tech 9, and RHCP. I have an emotional hot spot for...I hate to say classic rock, but no one compares to Pink Floyd, Jim Morrison in the Doors, Grace Slick, Fleetwood Mac, The Eagles, Janis Joplin, etc.
I am also a huge fan of big band music and early Jazz masters, Benny Goodman, Count Basie, John Coltrane, Satchmo', Thelonoius Monk...Count Basie at the Sands with Sinatra, how else do you arrive in Sin City, Las Vegas?
Materiality. Material Force. Material temptation; sometimes obsession
The Devil is often a great card for business success; hard work and ambition.
Perhaps the most misunderstood of all the major arcana, the Devil is not really "Satan" at all, but Pan the half-goat nature god and/or Dionysius. These are gods of pleasure and abandon, of wild behavior and unbridled desires. This is a card about ambitions; it is also synonymous with temptation and addiction. On the flip side, however, the card can be a warning to someone who is too restrained, someone who never allows themselves to get passionate or messy or wild - or ambitious. This, too, is a form of enslavement. As a person, the Devil can stand for a man of money or erotic power, aggressive, controlling, or just persuasive. This is not to say a bad man, but certainly a powerful man who is hard to resist. The important thing is to remember that any chain is freely worn. In most cases, you are enslaved only because you allow it.
