Il progetto Bellavista sound prende vita negli ultimi
mesi del 2004 grazie a cinque ragazzi legati da un’ amicizia
decennale nata ed a lungo vissuta sul ponte di una stazione
della periferia vesuviana, quella appunto di Bellavista.
Dopo la partenza per Londra di due mebri del sound
e l’aggiunta di un nuovo selecta alla formazione,
il progetto delinea i suoi capisaldi:
abbandonato il supporto di riproduzione digitale,
comincia una eclettica collezione di dischi in vinile
dal roots al bashment non ponendosi, consapevolmente,
vincoli legati ad ipocrite censure delle liriche.
Amanti di un juggling serrato, i ragazzi sono inoltre
aperti ad influenze dub, jungle, drum’n’ bass ed elettroniche.
Bellavista Sound project takes life in the last months of 2004 thanks to five boys bound by a decades long friendship and long lived on the bridge of a station in Naples suburbs, Bellavista. After the departure to London of two sound boyz and the add of a new selecta, the draft outlines its cornerstones: abandoned support for digital reproduction, begins an eclectic collection of vinyl from roots to bashment not putting themselves, consciously , constraints related to hypocritical complaints of the lyrics. Strictly juggling lovers, soundboyz are also open to dub, jungle, drum’n ’bass and electronic influences.
