N.O.R.M.L., or the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws is a non-profit educational and outreach organization. I have started a chapter here in Duluth, Minnesota. Membership is an open amount, most folks do the $25.00 a year membership which includes benefits and newsletters with information about upcoming events and fundraisers/membership drives. Even if you can't support financially, your moral support and signature can go a long way toward reforming marijuana laws in an ever increasing police state. Please contact via email for details.
