If there's any problem violence can't solve, you're not using enough violence!

About Me

I'm just this guy, you know? What is there to say? I'm a funny guy...quite funny. Don't believe me, just ask me. I'm also a nice guy who likes books, music and horror films. I have ridiculously diverse musical taste. That's about it. Move along now.

My Interests

Music, movies, books, talking about all the aforementioned subjects, writing, people watching, theatre, Disneyland, spending way too much time in bookstores.

I'd like to meet:

Hipsters and chicks who flash their goodies, of course! Who else would you meet on MySpace? But seriously, I'm just looking to keep in touch with friends of both the old and new varieties.

Music:

Siouxsie and the Banshees, The Cure, The Pixies, Liz Phair, Heather Nova, Portishead, Esthero, Violent Femmes, Marilyn Manson, Better Than Ezra, Frank Sinatra, Depeche Mode, Dean Martin, Robbie Williams, Placebo, Tom Waits, Poe, Voltaire, The Brilliant Green, The Smiths, Leah Andreone, David Gray, Smashing Pumpkins, Tiger Army, The Go-Go's, Switchblade Symphony, Sarah McLachlan, Nekromantix, Sowelu, BT, Sisters of Mercy, Echo and the Bunnymen, Broadway musicals, etc...it just goes on.

Movies:

The Big Lebowski, True Romance, Edward Scissorhands, Ginger Snaps, Donnie Darko, Moulin Rouge, Singin' in the Rain, Fight Club, Mystery Men, The Breakfast Club, Amelie, Diary of a Lost Girl, Clerks. I'm a sucker for classic Hollywood musicals and comedies as well as darn near any kind of horror movie.

Television:

CSI, Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis, Battlestar Galactica, Doctor Who, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Bewitched.

Books:

Kurt Vonnegut, Sylvia Plath, Charles Baudelaire, Arthur Rimbaud, Ray Bradbury, H.P. Lovecraft, Neil Gaiman, the Harry Potter series, lots of biographies...so much more than I could possible fit here. I do collect children's books about witches. Odd, I know. And they have to be good witches, not evil witches. Even odder.

My Blog

"We're all Santa!"

Part the First. In which our hero regals us with tales of wonder and mysteryWell, not so much. The holidays have been busy and now...the aftermath. I'm sick with some damn flu-like thing. My throat hu...
