I am Velvet Shadow, singer songwriter and musician and I am currently looking out for a band to join in Teesside, or anywhere really. I can sing theatrical, operatic, pop and rock. I am NOT one of those DIVAS who think the sun shines out of their arses whilst the world revolves around them. I am 20 years old and Ive been writing about all things, good and bad that have happened to me since I was 15, and have an ample collection of songs and music to present.
Im in the middle of building my website, so its not up and running yet...
My musical tastes are wide an varied; somewhat eclectic to those who only 'worship' only one type of music - unlike those who would wager their family and their dog on 'how good such-and-such are' compared to all the other bands in the universe, I like many different bands, in many different genres, from rock, metal and cyber, to opera,dance and pop. Being a singer, and having to study different types of songs, I guess this is my main influence as to why I have such broad taste.
Apart from those who want to contact me anyway... I would also like to hear from any musicians who are interested in collaborating in any projects
