CONKRETE, TRICKERY OF DEATH, formed in April 1996 with Todd on Guitar, Hawk on bass, Shawn B, on drums and SamIam on lead vocals. We set out jamming and having a good time. It wasn't long before we realised we wanted to do all original straight up ass kicking brutal hardcore. We earned our rep playing parties and shows . Our Pits and following would flood the streets. After a year or so of living our dream, we went into Paradox Studios and laid out our first demo with Rick Duncan. Friends, fans, opportunity, notoriety... then sometimes life jumps up and kicks you in the teeth. We don't wanna name whos who but shit happened and our party was busted up. Everyone went their own way. For a while we thought of nothing but getting back in the studio and getting back into the same orbit but yet again life jumps up and smacks you upside the head. Conkrete 2007... After meeting up at a Propain show in April 2007, Todd has gotten together with Dan and the newest member Joe on guitar. And now working on the new demo, which has more break downs then old Conkrete and more Oldschool Hardcore meets newschool Hardcore. Conkrete can't wait to get back into the mix again, like it or not Conkrete is here to stay. HARDCORE 4 LIFE...
