Music is my biggest passion in life. I like many types and styles as well as lots of different instruments. I've got a metal band, which you can find links to here on my page.
I love movies, a few TV shows, and books. I'm an animal lover. I'm also always interested in nature, science, history, space, and mysteries and/or the unexplained.
I'd like to meet:
I'd like to meet, or have met, any of my many favorite musicians like Slash, Dimebag Darrell (R.I.P.), Johnny Cash (R.I.P.), etc. I'd like to meet/met Stanton Friedman, Neil deGrasse Tyson, Albert Einstein (R.I.P.), Dr.J.Allen Hynek (R.I.P.), Carl Sagan (R.I.P.), William Cooper (R.I.P.), Peter Joseph, or Galileo Galilei (R.I.P.) so I could pick their brains about physics, outer space, and unexplained phenomena. Some other interesting people I'd like to meet/met would be my Grandfather Henry Pugh (R.I.P.) who died before I was born, writer Hunter S. Thompson (R.I.P.), radio personalities Elliot Segal and The Greaseman, comedians Bill Hicks (R.I.P.) and George Carlin (R.I.P.), and fellow West Virginian Morgan Spurlock. I'd also like to meet/met some of my favorite athletes like Walter Payton (R.I.P.), Brett Favre, or Alex Ovechkin or the most beautiful athlete ever, Gina Carano! And then I'd also like to meet some of my favorite Hollywood hotties like Jill Wagner, January Jones, Anne Hathaway, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Marilyn Monroe (R.I.P.) or Robin Meade from CNN, or any of my other favorite entertainers.

FM radio around here is fuckin pitiful so about the only thing I listen to on there is the 'Elliot In The Morning' show on DC101. Other than that my radio is set to AM sports talk radio like the 'Jim Rome Show' .
Movies:
I like most all genres and I have too many favorites to list. Too many favorite actors/actresses to list too.
I saw a really interesting documentary recently called, 'Zeitgeist' . It's about the manipulation of the general public by government and religious leaders. One of the most fascinating things I've ever seen. You can watch the entire film at the link above.

"The Bourne Trilogy", "American Gangster", "No Country For Old Men", "Georgia Rule".
Television:
FAVORITE SHOWS:
'The Universe' , 'UFO Hunters' , 'Breaking Bad' , 'Rescue Me' , 'Mad Men' , 'CSI' , 'Without A Trace' , 'Dexter' , '30 Days' , 'Still Standing' , and 'John From Cincinnati' before it got cancelled (Fuck you HBO!). I also watch my share of reality TV on VH1. One of my favorite shows to watch is called 'Out There TV' . It's a conspiracy and mystery type show. They're full of shit a lot of the time, but it's entertaining as hell!
I also really like the mini-series' 'Band Of Brothers' and 'The Company' .
When I'm watching TV it's usually on one of the following: 'Discovery Channel' , 'History Channel' , 'PBS' , or sometimes A&E, TNT, AMC, SpikeTV, FX, Fox, USA, MTV, VH1, or CMT.

READ RECENTLY:
'SLASH' (Slashs autobiography), 'If I Did It' (OJ Simpson's quasi-confession), are the only two Ive read recently.
The last I read before that were the 'Walk This Way' the Aerosmith biography, 'Come As You Are: The Story of Nirvana', Marilyn Manson's autobiography, and a book called '15 To Life: How I Painted My Way To Freedom' by Anthony Papa .
My favorite books as a kid were 'The Prydain Chronicles' by Lloyd Alexander .
I like books about science, nature, space, mysteries and the unexplained, true crime, biographies and autobiographies of musicians or celebrities.
My Uncle Mike just loaned me some AMAZING books on the Civil War, World War II, and sky-watching... can't wait to get into those!

Guitar World and Guitar One , National Geographic , Revolver , Popular Science & Popular Mechanics , Scientific American , and Playboy & Hustler once in a while...
Heroes:
My Father. He's truly a great man and I owe him more than I could repay in two lifetimes.
The rest of my family as well... my Mother, my Sister, Uncle Mike & Aunt Liz, Gramma & Pap, Nana & Henry, all my Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins on both sides of the family, and anyone that I've been fortunate enough to call my friend... past or present.
Anyone foreign or domestic, military or civilian, past or present, that has given their life taking a stand, fighting against impossible odds, fighting for freedom, or fighting for something they truly believe in.
