Nouveau Chill
"Close your eyes, and you're transported to a Parisian cafe, where you sit, enjoying a late-night espresso and biscotti. . . . Now open your eyes again, and you realize you're actually in the back room at the Lark Tavern, sipping a brew and listening to the sounds of Nouveau Chill, an event led by musician and DJ Michael Campion and saxophonist Brian Patneaude, who play a mix of jazz, trip-hop, funk, bossa nova and reggae to the late-night Tavern crowd every Thursday. The pair regularly bring in guest percussionists and other instrumentalists to give the jazz-fusion event a fresh vibe; when you go to check them out, be sure to bring your dancing shoes!"

DJ / Nouveau Chill / Jazz

For about a year, I had a great l residency in Albany, NY called Nouveau Chill. I got the chance to play with some very talented musicians and Nouveau Chill was the catalyst for something very necessary in Albany. It was a mashup of tunes from around the world, and included stuff from:

Jamiroquai, Bebel Gilberto, Stevie Wonder, Theivery Corporation, Seu Jorge, K-OS, Esthero, The Roots, Bob Marley, Sergio Mendes, the Fugees, KCRW, Jill Scott, Daft Punk, Shuggie Otis, Common...

It was: Funk, Jazz, House, Latin, Soul, Hip Hop, Samba, Reggae

After Nouveau Chill, I had a year long residency at Noche Albany.

Singer / Songwriter - Folk

I've been working on a folk album for three years now. It will be out SOON! Recorded in real-time with no editing, it's solo acoustic guitar and voice. It's heavily influenced by Bossa Nova and Soul and seeks a warm and honest aesthetic that's often lost in today's commercialized pop music. People talk a lot, but they don't say anything."The Foundation First" is going to be part one of at least a trilogy and I've got some other suprise projects planned in the near future also... (yes... a TRILOGY).

Sounds Like: I like Monte Carlo Nights radio... from Europe.
