Playing la guitarra, (currently enjoying customizing mine as well) renting "period" movies (Avalon, Sweet and Lowdown, Band of Brothers, etc.), listening to the Garrison Keillor show on Sunday mornings, mountain biking trails, jet skiing, sailing, jogging, working out, going out to see good movies, plays, etc., getting really excited when I meet non-musician folks who know of Django (and other "old" musicians), getting a good shave on me' noggin', and generally seeking places in SoCal that provide a damn good cup o' java (I have been spoiled in the Northwest), and other things I can't think of.

What's The Matter With Kansas?, Fast Food Nation, Reefer Madness: Sex, Drugs, and Cheap Labor in the American Black Market, Stardust, American Gods, Good Omens Bad Omens, Neverwhere, and really...just about anything Neil Gaiman has ever touched (isn't he just always been amazing for us?!!)...and now currently a novel almost exclusively based on historical fact called The Devil in the White City, and, of course, Dregni's "Django" book
Heroes? Everytime I meet someone I admire, or someone I used to, I realize that they are full of crap. Except Emmet Ray and Daniela.
