With Huge dreams of likes of Dj Funk master Flex, Kay slay, Red alert and Whoo Kid Hard work of only the beginning. Early in the game the best move was to Learn from the best and take in all the information. I decided to link with an internship At a local Studio in high school. Their main focus was networking and they went far just from good negotiations. After deciding that I wanted to just focus on spinning records I linked up with the Wondertwinz. The wondertwinz have at least 4 business under their belt and very intelligent on the business side of hip hop in a dj's perspective. They took the whole networking idea and created the Connex list magazine. That amazed me on how many things a DJ can do. The whole fast life of the music game is crazy because you can reach that but it's extremely hard work in all areas. To me it's very addictive to the point you can drop everything even an education. With big shoes to follow and a strong team behind his back it was time to make moves in all areas but 1 thing made a different move. I just graduated high school and a lot of rappers was making moves around me. It got to the point when things was getting thick cause the game is funny. I can persue this education or stay at the studio all night with no education. I decided to Jet off to ATL for an education but still keep the connects in the back pocket. I had plenty of opportunities to go on tour, sign bulls$%^ contracts but watching the game I didnt want to be a slave and be locked to a deal i didnt want no matter the cost. In this game you have to have an education and know what you want thats how you have longevity not a give and go. Why be the worker when you can be the boss. I left for an education in atlanta and so did the music game, I kept the networking game so strong that dudes i knew was flying down to handle business with me just because of people that I knew. As a DJ and the game changing up I had to change my style to be in demand. I decided to start My school Internet radio station to market my school but also market myself on a major scale. I believe that if you take your time and start right you can finish right. In an age of technology you have to keep up or get left.
