make your own map at: www.modmyprofile.comTENSION begins to form in 2001 in the city of Bs. As., Argentina. A group of friends join to play cover songs from bands such as Sepultura, Pantera, RATM, Faith No More, Metallica, etc. From there they start writing their own songs. Band members come and go until the beginning of 2004 when the band finally conforms itself with the following members: Yankee on vocals, Kdna and Kbza on guitars, CLaudio on bass and Marcos on drums.
After months, TENSION plays their first gig next to Niño Azul in a bar of Bs. As. called "Antiguo Zanatta". TENSION also plays with Carajo at Petecos and at the San Martin Metal Fest next to Ban This, Jesusmartyr and Otra Salida, giving an explosive performance at each of their shows.
During 2005 TENSION records its first album titled "Post Post Modern Ethics", published under the independent seal: Noisnet Records. It counts on the artistic production of Sergio Astrada, was recorded in studios "Del Abasto Al Pasto" and "Darling Music" in Argentina and was mixed by the bands bassist: Claudio Romandini.
The album delivers a solid blow to the face of whoever hears it and gets pretty sick in songs such as "Wheel of Misfortune/Macumba" and "Boomerang Shit". The release of built-up tension is result of the "new ethics" to be presented in 2006 for everyone who digs this shit. Check it out and keep a barf-bag close when you do.
