I like it when others are happy, and if you're sad, you can turn to me if you need a friend to talk to, or even to just listen to your troubles. I'm sure that my deltoids can handle your tears. :) I may not have all of life's solutions, but fortunately or unfortunately (depending on how you look at it) I've dealt with a lot of life's problems that get thrown our way, and if there's a way I can help someone out, it'd be my most sincere pleasure to do so.
I'm also well equiped with many ass-kicking tools, so in the event that we're hanging out and get jumped, I can take out most offenders. I started wrestling when I was 4 and have been doing so for 20 years. Likewise, I started mixed martial arts when I was 7 and have been doing it for 17 years. (For reference, I've been in two world martial arts tournaments and placed 5th, both times...a bit of controversy prevented me from being #1-3.)As for more regarding my lifestyle, I'm very active and enjoy keeping fit. Be it weight lifting, martial arts, swimming, wrestling, or trying to break a 6 minute mile, (6:06 isn't too bad); I like to move around.
I'm also into videogames which is my passion. I have been working for Ziff-Davis Publishing since March, 2002 and am a journalist for 1up.com. Aside from the job I have, writing as part of the media in the videogame industry, I'm also a Personal Trainer, so if you have any health questions, from dieting to counting calories, nutrition tips, whether you want to lose fat, gain muscle, work on certain areas (guys and girls), etc., I'd be happy to put my Bachelors of Science Degree in Kinesiology to the test. I also enjoy hanging out with my friends which is made up of a pretty tight circle, with friendships that I've had for up to 19 years. I also like going to the movies, to the beach, and goofing off with my friends at all hours of the day. I like writing; including stories, articles, and fun stuff for my own entertainment, and oftentimes others'. The Man...The Myth...The Legend...Paul Gale. Now YOU can have your very own "Paul Gale Greeting Card"...or more more clutter on your computer, lol. Most people go to Las Vegas for gambling, sex, and to see a show. I go to Las Vegas to win "your" betting money, get "your" girl, and be "in" a show: World Martial Arts Tournament.
