Firstwater is John Draper (Vocals/Guitars), Taylor Scott (Guitars/Vocals), Chad "Flappy" Innis (Bass), and Jerod Neff (Drums). They incorporate heavy grooving, melodic arrangements, catchy hooks, a modern intensity, and strangely phrased vocals."First water" the term is a reference to the purity of diamond. A first water diamond is a diamond in its purest form. The name Firstwater symbolizes the "pure expression" in the music these guys write together.
