DjCornelius, has become the number 1 DJ in Antioch with his raw talent for music and his ability to mix flawlessly, he takes music to a new level by mixing the styles of 80’s, 90's today’s hip-hop, rap, hyphy, freestyle, crunk, r&b, and house music. Today DjCornelius is one of Antioch's busiest DJ’s with multiple shows all over the Contra Costa County area which include spinning special events, weddings, birthday bash's, car shows, and concerts. Along with personal events, he has also helped built, "Empire Productions, employing 5 DJ’s for events such as Street Low Magazine and Andre Nickatina. Corndog began mixing music at the age of 17 with a home stereo unit and tiny radio speakers. At the time, the only record store was “Undadogg Records†in Pittsburg. Every week he would go down and pick out new tracks to build his collection. With non-stop practicing in his bedroom and little garage parties he found his own sound and a way to mix music that he now uses today to set himself free and apart from drama and isolation, with 9 years under his belt. Corney has had the opportunity to travel the world to countries like Italy, Canada, and Germany as a kid. Currently, he is in the mix and now producing his own album with different styles of hip hop music including, crunk, r&b, and other dj's remix's to add flare. You can catch DjCornelius every week, Friday thru Saturday at the following locations: Fridays at American Bar and Grill in Antioch or Pee Wees in Brentwood, Saturdays at Tailgaters in Brentwood or Pee Wees in Brentwood,and high school parties "TBA" on Sundays at Pee Wees in Brentwood.
