Scotty B. + Sol-T + The Bottle Makes 3 Tonight!

About Me

This Page is Under Construction.
Peep the skeletons of the instrumentals put together by our loving co-founder, Scotty B. The Digital Assassin, from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Your Alcohol Stepfather, on the other hand - Sol-T - is set to come in for swanky vocals on the tracks in just a bit, but we wanted to wet your appetite before you blow your whole load...
Scotty B. started playing "real" instruments when he was 15. His electronic-addiction began when his brother suggested he try his hand at the Yamaha RM1X-beat sequencer, which quickly became an obsession. With the help of a laptop and Fruityloops software, he went on a swanky pilgrimage throughout Newcastle, Australia, share his music with the masses. As time passed - the crowds grew hungry, and the drinks poured on as Scotty B. decided it was time to drop his first solo album, using The Digital Assassin as his alias. Scotty B. has worked with a long list of amazing artists both in Australia, and in the States, most notably Blades (originally Blades of Hades) as well as creating a well-loved remix of Del Tha Funky Homosapien's heater Funk 'Em which Del's management (FunnyMan Entertainment), had playing on their Myspace for more than a hot minute...
So. Cal based emcee, Sol-T on the other hand, was a drunk dog from the get-go. He didn't want to play instruments, he wanted his next drink. In spite of this, Sol-T ended up playing bass for several funk bands that toured Los Angeles in his early teens and rocking hip hop spots from Hollywood to the OC and Las Vegas as a potty-mouthed emcee with mad swanky Dean-Martinesque flare. Sol-T gained much acclaim and respect on the California house-party circuit, where he was a regular... Dressed in vintage garb, and behind the wheels of his 1968 Cadillac Coupe - looking for the rapping man's answer to The Rat Pack and Count Basie, Sol-T didn't aspire to be like other emcees. He's had multiple bottles broken over his head, and several switchblades put to his spine for being too fly. But ask Sol-T, he wouldn't have it any other way...
