About Me

"The finest emotion of which we are capable is the mystic emotion. Herein lies the germ of all art and all true science. Anyone to whom this feeling is alien, who is no longer capable of wonderment and lives in a state of fear is a dead man. To know that what is impenetrable for us really exists and manifests itself as the highest wisdom and the most radiant beauty, whose gross forms alone are intelligible to our poor faculties - this knowledge, this feeling ... that is the core of the true religious sentiment. In this sense, and in this sense alone, I rank myself among profoundly religious men." -Albert Einstein------------------------------

drawing, singing, laughter, learning, lucid dreaming, poetry, pondering, misadventures, being, sharing thoughts, honesty, breathing fresh air, trees & stars, things that are different, MUTUAL SMILES OF UNSPOKEN AGREEMENT!
Underwater landscapes, music (especially music with string instruments, gentle brassy horns, singers), things which could be described as 'quirky', animation, people who are not ashamed of being themselves, people in general, robots with mannequin-like appendages, lore, lox, the color indigo, etymology, learning, imaginary creatures, Marla Singer, marmosets, trilobytes and flying squirrels
finding treasure or finding places that seem untouched/unknown, seeing the pesonal evolution of companions & of self, the movies ('Dreams' Kurosawa, Godfrey Reggio's documentary trilogy, ), the disproportionate timewarp-like sensation after seeing a delectable movie, also i like being alive & sharing said living with others of like vivacity.
also like candle wax on fingers, communication without mouthwords, Tom Selleck's moustache (not really. Sorry Tom.), making burritos for strangers, learning random words from many languages, dead languages, stained glasswork, Damanhur, frosty blue icebergs, words with the letter Q in them, Kevin Spacey & Kevin Klein,
the words [Onomatopoeia, elan, tricksy, jejune, engine, genetic, rhetoric, spectacle, monicle, chronicles, tonic, dome, om, roam, and the rest...], bunnies with sharp pointy teeth, long impertinent lists of interests, druids, the color of bone, heaping handfuls of fluffy snow, Terry Gilliam's works, the rest of Monty Python, arcing electricity, the black hole at the center of the universe, mascarpone, asking "is it a pony??", SINISTER LAUGHTER CONTESTS
Robot versions of dinosaurs, talks with strangers while hitchhiking, hearing people sneeze from far away, candied ginger, spades & hoes & trowels, Salad Fingers, Harley Quinn, secret entrances, lowing like a confused beast, when something lost is no longer
.........TO BE CONTINUED... There are a lot of things yet to see.~~~

I'd like to meet:

Individuals.
More specifically, Individuals who journey though their lifetime working towards understanding themselves and those around them... Those whose intent speaks truly of their character. Perhaps people who are in a position in their lives to pass on what they have learned in their journeys. It is this kind of resolute calmness that i seek. People with the patience of mountains and the ability to just be, to smile and mean it.
Samuel Bellamy, Anne Bonny, Angela Lansbury, the parents of the kid who played Rufio, Albert Einstein, Milla Jovovich, Robin Williams, Benjamin Franklin, Bjork,a tanooki, Alan Alda, someone akin to Maude (from Harold & Maude), Serj Tankian, Tim Burton, my ancestors, my maker, my opposite, Yahoo Serious, Richard Feynman, Dr. W. C. Minor, Yoshitaka Amano, a supervillain, Anthony Hopkins, Gary Oldman, Brian Greene, Salvador Dali, Josh Davis, Christophers Lloyd & Walken, Houdini, Michio Kaku, Mallory Ringess, Stephen Spielberg, Stephen Colbert, the Jabberwocky, Shigeru Miyamoto... !!Orchestral pieces are striking, especially those grand melodies that rally the spirit, (i am a sucker for the string section). So movie scores often are magnificent to listen to. !!any musics will do... Pick a genre, any genre!! +=+=Y'know, iff'n the musician really puts soul inta the creation, it's worth a listen.

Movies:

yes. they are good. Find it hard to sit through whole movies sometimes though; It likes to interact with things, it does!Neverending Story, Toys, Pan's Labyrinth, (anything Tim Burton-esque), Waking Life, Harold & Maude, The 'Toon, My Life as a Dog, K-Pax, Mirrormask, Batteries Not Included, Labyrinth, Watership Down, Mindwalk, Keeping Mum, Short Circuit,

Television:

Prime-time cartoon series, earth2, Carnivale, Discovery Channel fodder, M*A*S*H. Hm.. There are some others, but TV really disturbs me sometimes. It's great to make sport of though! Watch TV for too long, and the cynic in me starts poking holes in their mindgames. Like many things, valuable tool 'til it rules you.

Books:

books are the grand! *the DICTIONARY! Pretty decent read.
The 'Requiem for Homo Sapiens' trilogy by David Zindell, 'Neverending Story' by Michael Ende, 'Narcissus & Goldmund', 'Steppenwolf',The Masters of Deception, 'Siddhartha' by Herman Hesse, Ray Bradbury's books & short stories, Aldous Huxley's Brave New World, Rene Descartes' Meditations & Discourse on Methods, Turning Point & the Tao of Physics by Fritjof Capra, Michio Kaku's writing,Ideas & Opinions by Einstein

Heroes:

the word 'heroes' has the same amount of vowels as consonants!
