I lost 30 lbs |
Six months since I started the diet and now lost 30 lbs ;) I have a little more to go to get down to my target weight. It is nice to be getting back to normal after a few rough years. Any inspiration?...

Now that school is out I'm preparing for my summer session. I know it sounds crazy, but it will allow me to graduate earlier. I just hope physically I can do that considering my health isn't wonderful...
